These terms of use govern browsing on the website. Sales are governed by our terms and conditions of sale, which prevail in the event of any difference.

1. Acceptance

By using the website, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Access to the website

The website is available free of charge, 24 hours a day, except during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To place an order you must be of legal age or act with the agreement of a legal guardian.

3. Published information

We do our best to keep the website up to date. Editorial content (blog articles, advice, guides) is provided for information only and is neither medical advice nor personalised educational advice.

Contractual information, on the other hand, is binding on you and on us: the essential characteristics of the products, prices, delivery costs and times displayed at the time of the order.

4. Use of the website

You undertake not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation (intrusion, viruses, massive automated data extraction) and not to infringe the rights of third parties. We may suspend access in the event of a serious breach.

All content on the website (texts, visuals, videos, logos, the Teedum brand) is protected and remains the exclusive property of BEAMWORK. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Customer reviews and content you publish

You may publish reviews, photos or videos through our provider Okendo. By publishing content, you warrant that you hold the rights to it and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or public order.

You grant us, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the right to reproduce and distribute that content on our website, our social networks and our communications, worldwide. You remain the owner of your content and may request its removal at any time via the website chat.

The reviews displayed come from customers who purchased the product. We do not alter the content of reviews and only remove those that are unlawful, abusive, off-topic or manifestly false.

7. Liability

We are not liable for interruptions, slowdowns or damage linked to the internet network, to the user's equipment or to an event of force majeure.

However, our liability for the products sold remains full and entire: legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, liability for defective products. Nothing in these terms may limit the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.

8. Personal data and cookies

The data processing carried out on the website, your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, complaint to the supervisory authority) and cookie management are described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page when you visit; for orders, the terms and conditions of sale in force on the day of the order apply.

10. Contact, complaints and disputes

Our customer service replies via the online chat, at the bottom right of every page, within 24 to 48 working hours, or at contact@teedum.com.

These terms are governed by French law. The rules on complaints, consumer mediation and jurisdiction are set out in articles 9 and 15 of our terms and conditions of sale. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
