Shipping policy

We do everything we can to deliver quickly and in the best conditions. Here is the useful information about delivery of your orders on Teedum.com.
1. Preparation times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey in real time.
2. Delivery in France

Deliveries are made by Chronopost or an equivalent carrier.
3. Delivery in Europe

4. Pre-orders
For certain products shown as pre-order, an estimated delivery date is given on the product page.
This date is indicative and may vary depending on production or transport lead times. No early refund or compensation may be claimed in the event of a delay on a pre-order.
5. Collection from a pickup point
Once delivered, your parcel remains available for 7 calendar days at the pickup point.
If the parcel is not collected in time, it will be returned to us. In this case your order will be refunded less return costs (see refund policy).
6. Delivery problems
Exceptional delays may occur (bad weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Teedum cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control, but we always do our utmost to keep you informed and minimise delays.
