EU VAT no. FR72978370344

Article 1 - Purpose

These terms govern the sale by Beamwork of all products offered on its website teedum.com.

Article 2 - Prices

Our prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated, and exclude handling and shipping costs.

If you order for delivery to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Beamwork. They are payable by you and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We recommend that you check these points with your local authorities.

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.

Beamwork reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.

Products remain the property of Beamwork until the price has been paid in full.

Please note: as soon as you physically take possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Article 3 - Orders

You can place an order:

Online: www.teedum.com

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.

Beamwork reserves the right not to register a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular in the event of supply problems or difficulties concerning the order received.

Article 4 - Validation of your order

Any order placed on the website www.teedum.com implies acceptance of these General Terms. Any order confirmation constitutes your full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

You declare that you are fully aware of this.

Order confirmation constitutes signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

Article 5 - Payment

Validating your order implies an obligation on your part to pay the price indicated.

Payment for your purchases is made by bank card through the secure Shopify Payments system.

Your card is only debited when the order is shipped. In the case of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.

Article 6 - Withdrawal, returns & refunds

Returns under the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, return costs under the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer.

The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) in order to be refunded. Any damage to or alteration of the product may result in a reduction of the amount refunded.

Returns for non-compliant or defective products

If a product is non-compliant or defective, return costs are fully covered by Teedum. A prepaid return label will be provided. Please contact us via our online form or the chat service to obtain the necessary instructions.

Returns for uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the time allowed (7 days for pickup points), it will be returned to our warehouse. Return costs will be charged in this case, in accordance with the rates set out below. These costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Organising the return and costs

You organise the return yourself

We will then refund your order or item(s) in full upon receipt at our warehouse. To do so, contact us via the contact form and we will send you a return slip, which must be printed and placed in your parcel, together with the address to which the item should be returned.

We organise the return for you

Return costs are borne by you in the following cases:

  • Returns under the right of withdrawal.
  • Returns of parcels not collected from the pickup point within the time allowed.

If you choose for us to organise the return for you, costs will apply and will be deducted from the amount refunded, as follows:

Delivery typeReturn costs applied
Pickup point, France10% of the total amount incl. VAT
Home delivery, France15% of the total amount incl. VAT
Pickup point, Europe15% of the total amount incl. VAT

A flat-rate contribution of €10 incl. VAT for handling costs will also be deducted from the refund.

Refund terms

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, less any applicable return costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order.

Article 7 - Availability

Our products are offered for as long as they are visible on the website www.teedum.com and while stocks last. For products not held in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

Furthermore, the website www.teedum.com is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Beamwork therefore reserves the right to refuse orders containing several identical items.

In the event of a stock shortage, Beamwork reserves the right to offer pre-orders. An estimated delivery date will be communicated to the customer at the time of pre-order. This date is given for information only and may be changed depending on production constraints and supply lead times. Beamwork cannot be held liable for any delivery delays compared with the date initially announced.

Article 8 - Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process, within the lead times indicated on the order validation page. These lead times run from the day after the order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Express home delivery, 48h: your parcels will be delivered within 2 working days, before 6 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, by the carrier Chronopost. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
  • Free pickup point delivery, 5 days: your parcels will be delivered within 5 working days to a pickup point, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, by the carrier Chronopost. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched. The recipient has 7 calendar days to collect the parcel from the pickup point selected when ordering. A notification of availability will be sent by email and SMS to the person who placed the order. If the parcel is not collected within the time allowed or is refused by the recipient, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case the order will be refunded, but return costs apply.
  • For products subject to pre-order, the delivery date given is an estimate and may vary. Owing to the fluctuating nature of production and logistics lead times, Beamwork cannot be held liable if this date is exceeded. No compensation or claim may be demanded by the customer for a delivery delay in the context of a pre-order.

We make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated. However, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, carrier strikes, customs delays or other unforeseen events. In such cases we accept no liability for delivery delays and reserve the right to change delivery times without notice.

We undertake to inform our customers of any significant delay as soon as possible and to take all reasonable measures to minimise the inconvenience caused by such situations.

Beamwork cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused solely by the customer's unavailability after several appointment proposals. If delivery cannot be made because of this unavailability, or if the parcel is not collected from the pickup point within 7 days of being made available, return costs will be charged (find out more).

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. If a product sold is non-compliant, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

You may exercise your right to this warranty by sending an email within 30 days of the delivery date.

Defective products must then be returned to us with the label provided, in the condition in which you received them and with all their components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from exercising the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.

Article 10 - Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Beamwork cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities whether the products or services you intend to order may be imported or used.

Furthermore, Beamwork cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.

Finally, Beamwork cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular service interruptions, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

All elements of the website www.teedum.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Beamwork. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Beamwork.

Article 13 - Personal data

Beamwork reserves the right to collect personal information and data concerning you. This is necessary for managing your order and for improving the services and information we send you.

It may also be passed on to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for carrying out services and orders, for their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.

Beamwork will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
